Terms and Conditions By using the services provided by Seamless Communication Systems, users agree to receive service-related communications including appointment confirmations, customer support updates, missed call follow-ups, lead notifications, scheduling updates, and service request confirmations. Some communications may be facilitated through automated systems, AI-assisted technology, or third-party communication providers. Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile carrier plan. Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Seamless Communication Systems only sends communications to users who have directly contacted a participating business, submitted information through a website or intake form, requested services, or otherwise consented to receive communications. Seamless Communication Systems does not send unsolicited marketing messages, spam, phishing content, or deceptive communications. Service pricing, platform access, communication limits, and included usage may vary depending on the client agreement, subscription tier, communication volume, automation workload, or service configuration. Additional fees may apply for usage exceeding agreed monthly limits. By using the services provided by Seamless Communication Systems, clients acknowledge and agree that pricing may increase if communication usage, AI call volume, SMS volume, automation workload, integrations, or platform usage exceeds the limits included in their selected service plan or agreement. Clients are responsible for charges associated with excess usage, additional communication volume, premium integrations, carrier fees, or expanded service configurations beyond the originally agreed service scope. Seamless Communication Systems reserves the right to modify pricing, platform features, communication limits, or service offerings with notice to active clients. Seamless Communication Systems is not responsible for delays, failed message delivery, missed calls, interruptions, carrier filtering, third-party outages, or technical issues caused by telecommunications providers, software platforms, internet outages, or external systems outside of our control. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to customer communications, consent collection, and business operations. All services and communications provided by Seamless Communication Systems must be used for lawful business purposes only.
